The things you can do before 10:30 am « The Life You Want
Heck, I feel a bit wiped out. Got up at ten to six, have breakfast, out the door with my running shoes on by 6:18. Walked to park, did a gruelling Level 7 run. Back at 7:30; stretch, drink loads of water, shower, blow-dry, find clothes. Walk to periodontist's surgery, half an hour away. Talk about teeth, receive treatment, talk about teeth some more. Book new appointment for July, walk home.
